I brought a child with me, and she loved the Happy Meal, the large Thor-themed toy, and the chocolate milkshake with whipped cream.
I came to Subway for lunch, but the employee making sandwiches skipped me in line. I asked for 3 cookies and was charged $4.28, which seemed too high. When I questioned it, she said the cookies were $1.09 each, but I later checked the menu and found they are actually $0.59 each. The place is disorganized, and the staff clearly lack proper training. My family and I won’t be returning. Additionally, after being skipped, no one offered to make my sandwich or help me, even though I pointed out they had skipped me. It felt like they wanted me to go to the back of the line.
I arrived at Subway at 9:16 AM, even though they were scheduled to open at 9:00 AM. The employee inside gave us an unfriendly glare. We ended up waiting until around 9:45, and the restaurant still wasn't open. The service was very disappointing, and the worker's attitude was quite unprofessional.
Even when the restaurant is bustling, the staff makes sure that everything is handled attentively.
The best place for steak and cheese in Iowa! They seem to know exactly how I like my food, especially with the Southwest chip cheese. I absolutely love this restaurant. There was a young lady there who was incredibly friendly and cheerful—her name was Andrea, if I recall correctly. She was just wonderful!
