It used to take a bit longer to order but with the addition of the new chef there has been a faster service. The owneris really kind and the staff are friendly. The rice is always cooked perfect (not too sticky and not to hard and the sushi is aways fresh! The owner has his own unique interpretation of adding a twist to his creation so even the most common dishes are a bit elevated. He works alone these days so it may take some patience when you order.
