Give this location a miss. Made the mistake of going into the restaurant instead of using the drive-through. The line-up was out of the door! I thought it would... read more Give this location a miss. Made the mistake of going into the restaurant instead of using the drive-through. The line-up was out of the door! I thought it would move fast but couldn't have been more wrong. Finally got to the counter to find just 1 person serving with about 6 other people operating the drive-through. why someone couldn't have been put on the counter from the drive-through, I will never understand. The person behind the counter appeared miserable, never cracked a smile and couldn't have been more unpleasant if she had tried. Would have got my coffee quicker if she had gone home. so very slow. Won't be back here, will be quicker to drive to Ontario for my Tim fix.

My family frequents Tim Hortons often, but this particular location always seems to have problems. The staff is usually very friendly and efficient, but we cons... read more My family frequents Tim Hortons often, but this particular location always seems to have problems. The staff is usually very friendly and efficient, but we consistently encounter issues with our orders in the drive-thru. We have received the wrong items, missing items, and even encountered language barriers with some employees. Additionally, this location frequently runs out of products, which is frustrating as a customer. It's important for a restaurant to properly manage their supply to meet the demand of their customers. Overall, this Tim Hortons could improve their food service and drive-thru communication to provide a better experience for their patrons. Additionally, during roll up the rim season, we had a negative experience with an employee who was rude about how we cut out our winning stub. It's important for all staff to maintain a positive attitude in the workplace to ensure a pleasant experience for customers. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall rating of this location.

I made the mistake of dining in rather than using the drive-through, and the line was extremely long, stretching out the door. I thought it would move quickly, but I was mistaken. When I finally reached the counter, there was only one person serving customers, while there were six others working the drive-through. I couldn't understand why someone couldn't have been moved from the drive-through to help out at the counter. The person serving me seemed unhappy, never smiled, and was very unpleasant. It would have been faster if she had just left. I won't be returning to this restaurant and would rather drive to Ontario for my Tim Hortons fix next time.

Last time I ordered, I waited at the drive-thru window while the employees cleaned the store and ignored me, causing me to leave without receiving my order. The next time, it took 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru just to get a tea. It was absolutely ridiculous. I would suggest avoiding this restaurant.
