Thanks a lot, Fatburger, for such fantastic customer service! I definitely won't be returning. :D :D

I visited this restaurant with my wife on Friday evening and ended up with severe food poisoning from the Hawaiian burger. I was hospitalized the next morning due to dehydration. I'm going to notify health authorities to inspect the restaurant for food safety. I absolutely do NOT recommend eating here!

I’m not sure what went wrong—maybe it was the guacamole or something else—but I really couldn’t eat it. It had an unusual smell and taste. On a brighter note, the deep-fried pickles and garlic pepper curly fries were fantastic.

The... read more The restaurant claims to be open until 3 AM, but they were trying to close at 2:30 AM on Canada Day, even with customers still approaching to place orders. The staff seemed frustrated by requests, such as adding mayo to a chicken burger. At that hour, the only options available were sandwiches. If they intend to close at 2 AM, they should adjust their operating hours accordingly.
