Was ALubyk at Bings a mag?
I have a sensitive stomach and can't handle processed food, but I never have to worry about that at Bing's because everything is made from scratch. They also allow for customizations like no MSG in the meals, which is perfect for me. While the restaurant may not be the newest or shiniest, it is impeccably clean. The only downside is the small bathroom stalls, which can be uncomfortable and even dangerous for those wi... View all feedback.

What RetinaOne dislikes about Bings:
Bings has been here, it seems, forever. It’s certainly not you gourmet type of restaurant. It’s old and tired looking and we go there for one thing only, Liver and Onions. Yes, you may shudder but we have visited this place for at least 15 years now and the meal was rarely, if ever, disappointing. If you love Liver and Onions, this place if for you. View all feedback.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with the wife. Had the Special Chop Suey and the Beef with Vegetables in black bean sauce. Both were fresh and tasty with tons of beef with the greens. Very friendly staff and a great waitress with a sense of humour. I'll be back to taste the wonderful looking burgers that I saw pass by.

We just ate here a few days ago the service and the food is not what it once was. We were very disappointed food was Luke warm and very greasy save your money.

Food and service are both great--fast, consistent, dependable quality. Seems popular amongst regular local clientele in heart of old town Stony Plain. One of your classic great hole-in-the wall, well-loved family-run local restaurants that pride themselves on consistent quality. Owner is a man of integrity and honesty.

While in Spruce Grove I wanted some Chinese food and looked here to see and Bing’s Spruce Grove had good reviews and was right across the street from my hotel. So went to the website posted on here and picked what I wanted and called. Was t impressed when I went there found out I called Stoney Pain. So instead of a walk I drove out there picked up the order and the lady said yeah that happens a lot people mistaken the number. No you have stoneys website on Spruce Groves ad. Food smelled good so drove back to the hotel sat down opened everything now typically Chinese food is an up and down you won’t some and lose some. Wonton soup was one of those things you usually don’t lose at well this one was disgusting and I’m not that fussy but I didn’t eat even half. I got the noodle dish with soggy Instant noodles with chicken, shrimp and bbq pork. There were 2 little shrimp on it a load of vegetables and a lot of soggy Instant noodles. The ginger beef was worse than no name brand at the super store. The store bought boneless pork was the best part of the meal even the damn cookies were stale. If I could give a -star they would have a -10. The only good part was the service, the lady I dealt with was pleasant.

The decor looks a little dated but the food was very good. I had the Ginger Chicken which was good and the other dishes were well received. A good option for Chinese Food.
