I had a wonderful stay at this charming Sleep Inn. The staff was incredible—friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the high-quality sheets; they were soft and cozy. Breakfast was included and served from 6:30 to 9:30. I would definitely stay here again! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Young's Inn:
The room was typical of motel accommodations, with standard features like a bathroom, bed, and Wi-Fi, but at $155 per night, it felt overpriced. There were strands of hair in the shower. The breakfast was well-prepared, especially the stir-fry. Overall, I can't say I would recommend this place. Also, there was no ice machine on our floor. View all feedback.
I had one of the worst hotel stays in decades. The room had a musty odor, and the mini refrigerator was full of spills and debris. In the bathroom, there were hairs on the floor and a dirty towel hanging behind the door. The area underneath the bed was filthy, with trash left behind. There was an old blood stain on the bedding. The breakfast was edible, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. On the second day, the coffee machine in the breakfast area was broken, and our room keys were deactivated after just one night. The carpet was so dirty that our socks became grimy just walking around. Due to COVID, there was no housekeeping service during our stay, which would have been acceptable, but we received no communication about this. I shared some of my concerns with the receptionist, who was polite but showed no empathy. When I asked if we could check out early without having to pay for the second night, the response was a firm no. I inquired about the lack of communication regarding housekeeping, and he admitted there was no notice given. It seems management doesn’t care, which likely affects how the staff treats guests. I was genuinely shocked considering the number of positive and recent reviews this hotel has. If you’re thinking about staying here, I recommend paying attention to the negative reviews.

We need pet friendly accommodations when they travel, and sleep inn has been there for many years. stony creek is a place of choice and any previous interaction with the staff was amazing. one of our pets requires a special diet that requires that they be kept in a frozen condition. we have a special insulated bag with freezer blocks inside that keeps eating while on the road, but must be stored in a freezer overnight to restore the freezer before the next day. each location and every stay was amazing to cool down space for us, until this stay. I will simplify the rest because I tend to get word 1 as barba thought the bag had medicine, she would take it and in the freeze cabinet over night 2 when she found that it contained cat food without looking at the safety of the container, she announced that it would not be placed in her freeze, which means that there would be other incontaminate for us 3 I have been declared that 4 When I then said that a second choice would be a room with a functioning freeze cabinet, barba said that she could not give me either. 5 I asked for a manager, and I was told that I could talk to one on Monday. (it is currently Saturday evening 6 when I expressed my distress and frustration on spoiling this special food, barba made a point to turn to other guests and to announce that “they would not put cat food in their closet”. 7 When Barba later slipped and said that she could not take it because it didn't fit. I pointed out that she would fit it in the freeze cabinet when it was medicaments. she replied that she would move the dinge for medication, but not for cat food. so this was clearly a choice for them, and not something that was not physically impossible, as it now claimed. 8 barba offered cubes and I explained how the temperature of melting of ice is not a freezing temperature and the integrity of special food must be affected and ejected. 9 barba claimed she would call and discuss with manager. After 30 minutes of hearing nothing, I went to the table to make up. Yeah, she called, but not updated. the manager was busy until later and “supervisor wouldn’t allow it either”. I am very confused about this manager against the superior, because no such person was offered earlier than I needed help. 10 I spoke with 800 numbers seeking support. they called the recipe and barba was back to demand pollution. I explained there were 3” protection between the food and the outside. 800 number asked again, and the recipe refused to help. 1). it is clear that a reasonable question of a hospitable is not taken into account, and I say reasonably because it would have been appropriate if it protects medicine and the insulated bag and protective inner bag from pollution (ironically, the content is actually healthier than most human foods, as it is a handmade product. it is clear that the consequences are not important to me. If it was about understanding my problem and really taking care of it, I wouldn't be so angry. neither the bag nor the contents were examined to determine the true feasibility, and no effort was made to understand my needs and problems completely. in the future I will only stay in sleep again if I can check with the manager that the personal will help me, as it was done in the past. (if I can find out how to add a photo later, it will be a photo of the frost-filled deep cooler that makes it unusable to the occupant. tomorrow, if I have new observations from my overnight, I will see if they can be added.
