The store was not clean. The restrooms were lacking any attention whatsoever. The men behind the counter were in dirty uniforms. They were not very friendly at all. The man who waited on me keep wiping the sweat off his face on his hands and shirt, never seen him wash his hands. There were 5 people working that I could see and the service was slow!! He was very short when I asked about my drink and then once I received the order and asked for my sauces, even shorter. “Sir may I get some ranch and buffalo?” Him: “it’s there” “the ranch I don’t see”, “we don’t have it the rest is in there” very abruptly and rude. Had I known about them not having ranch I wouldn’t of paid for my food. I don’t care for any of the other sauces and I don’t like my tenders without something. So it was a waste of 20$ I would of just asked for my money back, but knew that would be a bigger issue. So here I am going to Wendy’s for food and friendly service! Will never go back!!
