The well-spaced outdoor seating offers a cozy atmosphere. Dishes like grass-fed rib eye and couscous garner rave reviews. Patrons lament the impending closure and urge the landlord to renegotiate the lease to save this stylish yet casual eatery. The garden ambiance and sumptuous menu items make for a perfect dining experience. Despite generous portions, some call for larger entrees. Customers hope the restaurant will find a new home soon.
Nice selection of entrees and prices. Pleasant staff. Not overcrowded. Looking forward to the outdoor courtyard dining
The food never disappoints at Pentimento. As always, experience was perfect
Great. Service wonderful, food nice, no rush. Altogether a great meal
Pentimento is a great restaurant the staff is knowledgeable and attentive, the food is delicious and unique, and the vibe of the place is warm, modern and comfortable. For those concerned about CoVID, they take care to make sure everyone is socially distant, wearing masks around the restaurant and have hand sanitizer available. Love coming to this restaurant, it’s such a great spot in Stony Brook Village
Brussels sprouts are delicious as is the lebneh. Lentil salad was tasty but not as good as the apps. Portions are generous. I think next time a table of apps will be the choice. Need more heaters for outside, they only had but have about tables out there. We were promised one but it went to a reservation which we had that requested a heater. Who would think to 'preorder' a heater? I will say though, table are very nicely placed and never felt unsafe eating outside. Bought some treats at the market to take home too. Will def be back
