Today I finally went to brew cheese. Brew cheese has been on my list for sooo long! I had a great experience. I wish I could remember the cheese monger's name who helped me. She was so helpful and pleasant. She let me sample some cheeses and suggested one I wouldn't have thought to try on my own. I popped in here not realizing it was right next to the brunch place I was going to. I had a tasty cider while we waited for our table and after brunch I came back to purchase a truffle goat cheese, a garlic gouda and this cranberry cheese. I was not expecting to like the cranberry cheese. Soo good. When I come back, I will try one of their scrumptious sounding grilled cheeses. Get to brew cheese if you're in the area for fantastic service and delicious cheese
