Really outstanding venue. Perfect from arrival. Nicely greeted, table outside as requested , beautiful view and sunset, could not have been happier. Our server was great, the cocktails delicious and the menu was extensive. Everything we ordered was very pleasing. The band, Don't Tell Lisa was playing and they made the night. Lots if dancing and fun. We could not have had a more enjoyable night and look forward to ret... View all feedback.

The burger and fries were excellent. I do not recommend the Chicken Milanese as it was deep fried, overcooked and dry. As there were four of us, unfortunately three guests were not pleased with there meal. The location and water view is outstanding. View all feedback.
I recently visited Rocks 21, and while the food was just okay, with very fishy fish and chips and clam strips that were mostly batter, the atmosphere made up for it. Once the first performer, whose songs had excessive cussing, left, the place really improved. However, the server kept forgetting to bring out our drinks, which was frustrating. The band that played afterward was amazing and brought great energy. It's a fantastic spot for happy hour or late-night live music, but I wouldn't return for dinner.

Scallops not sweet at all, risotto was dry and pasty and the lobster bisque tasted like a bowl of butter with a bit of lobster in it. This my second time going there and I don't think there will be a third
Wait staff seemed very inexperienced, definitely not attentive. Food generally ok, but rather expensive for what it was. View on the upper deck was great, but overshadowed by the poor service. Calamari, meh (more breading than squid) Nachos, good NY Strip Steak, tough Scallops, good (risotto undercooked)
We had an OK burger and chicken dish. There were ants in the dining room all over the floor and we didn't even notice until end of meal. The silverware was really spotty and when we asked for a dish to split a salad we got a wet plate. The waitress was nice. Then we went to the bathroom end of meal and they were overflowing with garbage. Eek. That was really overall quite disappointing and off putting for a restaurant...
