Nando's Peri-peri - Stoney Creek

I lived in South Africa which is the home of Nandos, they make a good Nandos meal, this excuse for a Nandos meal is a joke, it’s tasteless, bland… I make a better Nandos burger!Atmosphere is utterly terrible, it’s nothing like a Nandos!This place should not be allowed to call itself a Nandos…. It’s not.Exceptionally bad representation for the Nandos Brand.Don’t waste your time coming here.

Please get a trained staff, who know how to communicate with the customer. I was there Friday night with my family. The girl who took our order seemed like she's being forced to work there . Her attitude, her way of talking was really rude .she came to our table and asked are you done ?? There were other people who came when we came , she never went to there table.just to mention It wasn't closing time and there was no costumer line up still It felt like she wanted to kick us out?? There was another girl with her who was clearly embarrassed with her behavior and smiled and asked if we need anything. I have been here before and never experienced anything like this, but I was very disappointed after this visit.Food tasted good like always but her behavior ruined the overall experience.

The taste and appearance of the food is not as good as other locations, such as Mississauga. Someone who has never had Nando's before might enjoy it, but it's definitely not reflective of the true taste and quality. It's a franchise with a fixed method of cooking, why does it differ from other locations?

We ordered Nandos for my Birthday last night as usual. Food wasn't good, quality of food is gone down. Rice was salty and undercooked. Surprised how bad it was in comparison to othe locations.

I recently revisited Nando's with lower expectations after a disappointing visit four years ago, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they exceeded my expectations this time! My love for Nando's goes back to the 1990s when I lived in Earl's Court, London UK, and their lemony spiced piri piri chicken still had that juicy and tasty flavour I fell in love with.The fries were perfectly seasoned and satisfying. The best part was the attentive service my food was delivered within 10 minutes, and the attendant even checked in halfway through to make sure everything was fine something that’s often not done in more formal eateries. Nando's truly exceeded my expectations once again.I look forward to returning to Nando's for another great experience.
