Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Restaurant

We went as a family and ordered 2 sundaes and 2 chocolate dip soft serves. The food came out quickly and was portioned perfectly. The building was very clean inside and out. The staff worked efficiently and together.

It had been some time since we last visited a Dairy Queen, but we couldn't resist treating ourselves to a banana split! It was definitely worth the calories. Everything was delicious, especially with the addition of Spanish peanuts on top. The toppings were generous and fresh, adding to the overall tasty experience. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, it was a nice afternoon indulgence.

Many other chains have tried to make a soft serve ice cream like Dairy Queen's but as far as I am concerned, none have been successful. My go to staple every time I come here is a large vanilla cone, the ice cream is so good it doesn't need all the dips or stuff mixed into it, I would rather just enjoy the smooth vanilla ice cream flavor. This location is just across the road from the Fortino's plaza on Queenston Road and it a pretty big location. Service is good and fast. Busy place in the summer as expected but worth it.

I don't understand why it's so challenging to get my order right. It's not that complicated of an order. It's always disappointing when they can't seem to get it right. If you're not going to give me what I asked for, then what's the point of ordering?
