Pizza Den has been a staple of Stonewall since before I was a child. I grew up on this stuff! Some of the best pizza I 've had in Manitoba maybe I 'm biased, but I would expect this to score high on the One Bite Pizza Review Youtube show for a really good 'bar pie/football pizza ' style zah. New owners have paid tribute to the original menu and style...keep up the good work! View all feedback.
What Meg doesn't like about Pizza Den:
Can't rate the food, it never ended up coming to the table. Ordered chicken fingers and poutine for kids and a large pizza . Waited 50 mins, then server and kitchen staff came out stating the pizza got stuck in the oven. This was the only communication regarding the long wait, they offered to put a new pizza in that would only take 15 mins this time? How? I had a difficult time placing my order over the phone. I specifically requested a Den burger without ketchup, but it came with ketchup. Additionally, the burger didn't seem fresh; it tasted like a frozen patty. The dressing on the Greek salad was reminiscent of Kraft—both in appearance and taste. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Out of our four orders, two were incorrect.
No ordinary person would want so many olives on their pizza; it turns out excessively salty and tastes like brine. A veggie pizza shouldn't be overloaded with such an absurd amount of olives!
The food was good and reasonably priced, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering the bruschetta again.
Grate food and Grate staff. Will definitely be coming back
Great chicken and fries, amazing gravy. Very enjoyable.
