Windy Ranch In Stonewall

This is the best steak I have ever had. The steaks are incredibly tender and flavorful. I usually avoid ordering New York strip steaks because they can be tough, but this one was just as delicious as the ribeye. We ordered half of the steak and have no complaints so far. Nothing but good food here.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and courteous. They have your order ready when promised. The surrounding farm is also very nice.

I purchased a 1/4 cow from Windy Bar Beef at the mall. I usually buy beef in bulk because we eat it frequently, and I have always wanted to support a local farm. I first heard about Windy Bar Beef on KLBJ radio. Oh my goodness, that was the best beef I have ever tasted. It was marbled, tender, and flavorful. Even if I accidentally overcooked it, it was still perfect. I never knew sirloin could taste so good. I can never go back to buying beef from the store. I highly recommend Windy Bar Beef. Yum!

We bought a side bark from the windy bar and it was fantastic. this was the first time that I ever made such a purchase and was nervous that it wasn't the quality I hoped. I'm very glad to say I'm glad I took the chance. the bark is 28 days old and is a very fair price. they make half and quarters and the processor worked with me as I wanted. I'm set to meat for a good time, but I'm sure I'll buy from them again.

Bought two of the steak packs for Christmas gifts, and one for myself. I can't say enough for the quality and value of the product. Both recipients of the gifts were very well pleased. They both raved about the tenderness and the flavor.One pack went to Atlanta and arrived in excellent frozen condition and the other went to Houston with the same results. I live down the street so speak so delivery was not a concern. If your able, stop in and visit as the web site says, and order as I did, the folks there are friendly and very helpful.I have received beef packs as gifts in the past, the quality and the value was not the equal of Windy Bars. I'll order again as soon as I finish that giant roast.
