I ordered through Uber. They send two burgers with no meat. I called just to let the manager know. She was laughing at me as if she knew right away. She then proceeded to tell me whoever called it in said no meat. I said no one called it in. I ordered through Uber she said I must have said no meat. Store is closed inside when it shouldn’t be, and they miss a bunch of items on your order all the time. They also don’t answer when calling them. Place needs to be cleaned out, this store is way too terrible to be operating on this side of town. Do not waste your time and money coming here anytime past the afternoon.

This place is awful. Never come here. I waited in the line for about 30 minutes completely unmoved. This place needs to get its act together. Walked without food. You just lost a customer.

Had someone scream thru the speaker at me. WHAT DO YOU WANT?! Couldn't even get my order right and the chicken patty was cold and hard. Reached out to wendys social media amd they won't even respond. Horrible place. The franchise owner obviously doesn't care . Stay far away from.this place. I have personally seen them verbally abuse a special needs employee as well. Terrible place.
