What todd pratt doesn't like about Waxy O'connor's Irish Pub Eatery:
The restaurant is located on Riverwalk, which is a nice spot, but the quality of the food was disappointing. The mashed potatoes were clearly instant and not freshly made, which was surprising given the high price of $20 or more per entree. The fish and chips were also not fresh, but frozen.
