Nice menu list. Nice setting for a date and family friendly. Vegetarian options. I chose Onion Kulcha, Tomato and Coconut Soup, Vegetarian Assorted Platter. All excelente! Atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, comfy. Upon entering one is welcomed in and seated. Every time she came in to check on customers, she would check if anyone needed more beverages. She smiles a true kind smile. I'll be returning and i do recommend... View all feedback.
What Маша doesn't like about Taste Of India:
It's one of the best India places I've been too but the lady that serves the same one all the time is rude. Hope when you read this, you work on that. I hate going to a place when the food is fantastic, but the service makes me not want to go back. And I gave her 20% tip she seemed more friendly when she saw my tip! No bueno. View all feedback.
Sat down to a grumpy woman who just stared at me. I saw the glasses at the table with napkins stuffed in them. That is so unsanitary. The napkin was full of dust, and there was dust on the table around the glass. I asked for water and the same grumpy lady came out with a pitcher she planned to poor into the dirty dusty disgusting glass. I told her I wanted a new glass and told her about the dust. She grabbed the glasses to go back to the kitchen, not before giving me a very ugly look. We left right after that. I won't be back, and I will make sure the health department is aware of the unsanitary conditions of the dining room
Food was so so good. Authentic India food. Naan and both our Currys were great! We will be back.
The food was not that tasty. And in my order 1st they did not give me paneer in a gravy and when i asked them they gave 2 smallest pieces of paneer

I'm hispanic and enjoy cultural savory foods. Welcome to San Antonio! Thanks for feeding me great food kindness. Not sure my photo looks cropped. Just know it was a delight.
My favorite fast and cheap lunch spot that always satisfies. Their thali (three small entree portions, rice, naan, and rice pudding) lunch menu constantly rotates through delicious savory dishes. Served with a healthy portion of rice and naan, you get to choose either the daily dahl plus two vegetarian dishes, or a vegetarian dish plus two meat dishes. Their Chicken Tikka is creamy and smooth, the vindaloo spicy and doesn't hold back! Dahls change every day as well, and scooping them up with bits of naan really satisfies. To finish it all off, there's a serving of rice pudding to clear the palette and sooth the spicy heat. They also have domestic and Indian beers, along with wine. I've never left hungry and without leftovers in my hands, a huge success given the price.
