Went to Subways and there is a line so I ask the guy for the code to the bathroom and the employee says I have to pay first. I am a professional, wearing decent clothing. I am pretty sure I don't look like a homeless person. I guess he thinks, that out of all the nearby restaurants, I drove specifically to this Subways to wash my hands. Totally disrespectful. I am pretty sure I don't look like a homeless person. I guess he thinks, that out of all the nearby restaurants, I drove specifically to this Subways to wash my hands. Totally disrespectful. I like Subways. I eat there often but stay away from this one. If they treat their customers so rudely I can imagine how much they care about the food.
This location on Evers and 410 is so dirty. There’s cockaroaches and Gnat flies in the veggies. There’s mold on the ice machine. I will not be going back to this place ever.
12/19 1:40 pm, my partner I came in today ordered 2 sandwiches. While ordering it was very hard to hear the boy behind the counter bc the girl on break was sitting with a friend and cursing every other word while loudly sharing stories. Whatever you’re on break enjoy your 30 minutes. Anyway, while my sandwich came out fine, the other sandwich was suppose to be a cold cut trio. I noticed there was only one kind of meat on it after coming out of the toaster oven and when we asked what all came on the trio the boy said “I know it’s bologna but I don’t know what else” ? And just continued to ask what veggies were wanted. Well we looked it up and told him the other two meats that are suppose to come on the ccTRIO. He literally just shrugged and looked at us. Wanting to get out of there my bf just threw some toppings on and we left but it was just a super weird customer service experience. I understand mistakes are made but why would there be no attempt to fix it when we gave you the solution?
Oh man oh man hold on till the end of this review to truly determine if you will go to this location. So I was excited to try out the new meats at subway. Came over with the family and dined in. I ordered the number 20: chicken bacon ranch. Which was amazing! I absolutely loved it!But…(here we go) I could tell the employee was overwhelmed. He was by himself and looked tired. His customer service reflected that. The atmosphere is where this subway gets actually questionable.I got my cup and headed to the drinks. When I got to it there was a cockroach. My reaction. Ripped my shoe off and SMACK! Killed em! You be the judge if your okay with that. I know some customers would have no tolerance. So here’s ur heads up! With fresh food sitting out in the open and a cockroach walking about….. ya…
I 'm shook.. I called this particular subway and let the employee know that my husband was on his way and if he could let my husband know that I was not able to order online so he would have to order there. This location closes at 10pm I called at 9:35pm after all the explaining I just did he tells me well if your husband isn 't here in 5 minutes then y all can come back tomorrow or WHATEVER Boy what you mean close in 5 minutes and come back tomorrow or whenever. I said look can you just wait my husband is on his way. I live 1.02 miles from subway. He Said like I said 5 minutes. Besides I 'm the only employee here right now. Should I be upset or should I take into consideration that he is closing alone? Regardless of him working alone this employee had horrible attitude and made me feel like he was my boss no if 's, when, or but about it.. His way only and It 's a MUST that I obey him... True story
