Schilo's German-texan - Feedback

What Eric Velasquéz likes about Schilo's German-texan:
Came to Schilos today and did breakfast for lunch. I ordered the breakfast plate with egg, hash browns, sausage patties and pancakes. The hash browns were kind of too burned for my liking but everything else was really good. I can eat alot and couldn't even finish this plate. I will definitely be trying more food from their menu. Just okay. The food came out almost instantly which tells me it certainly wasn't cooked fresh but instead was sitting in the back. The consistency of the fried chicken breast was equivalent to leather and wasn't very warm. It was certainly just sitting back there for a while. View all feedback.
