Tea is good and fresh but always out of something. It could be a5 star place if one of 2 guys working there could smile, talk kindly or at least try to help selecting something View all feedback.
What Elli L doesn't like about Presotea:
Unfortunately, went down from my favorite place to the least favorite boba cafe. New male employees are very rude, unfriendly, use profanity ! and talking loud to each other. The beverages not always tasty, inconsistent with the boba amount. The cafe is very dirty inside, couldn't find a table to sit with my drink in a hot day I was the only customer . Music is not nice and loud too. Not good anymore. View all feedback.
I always come here. I love their teas, but last time I came in two guys in their. They were so rude. It's like they don't care. Other then that teas are good.
Reviews seemed promising and positive, so my family and I decided to try it out. This is how our visit panned out: We walked in to an inviting store on a Sunday afternoon. There was a young guy sitting staring at his phone behind the counter. He stands up when he sees us enter. No hello, no welcome, or no is this your first time here? He immediately says, are you ready to order? Or what can I get you? (I don 't remember which one). I then respond I just got here, let me look at the menu. Mind you, the menu is huge! He sits back down to continue staring at his phone. Doesn 't engage or seem to want to be there. Here 's a tip kid from someone that has worked in customer service for over 20 years: Say Is this your first time here? then explain the menu a bit, talk about what 's popular...hell, try to upsell an expensive drink to people who have never had boba, SOMETHING! But I guess scrolling through his phone at work in front of customers is a better choice. Now, based on his enthusiasm my husband and I looked at each other and left. I was almost tempted to go behind the counter myself and make my own drink since the boy didn 't want to work. I don 't know what it is, but since Covid, customer service in the food industry has been so bad lately. It 's almost as if food industry employees are doing customers a favor for simply being open. And it 's unfortunate because there are a lot restaurants opening in San Antonio that are offering more competition. Sadly, I 'll have no remorse if these kind of places close because of poor staffing and management. There are better boba places in town. If you decide to go here, maybe you 'll have a better experience than me. Cheers.

Good a boba! Me and my bf love this place. Definitely recommend the brown sugar latte! Also the mango smoothie.
