What Billy doesn't like about Potbelly:
Visited on 12/14/2023 7pm. The staff at this location are very rude. Please hire employees who are trained on customer service with a smile. I’m not going to pay money for someone to have a bad attitude. I like the food here but due to the poor customer service I will not be back. View all feedback.
I was very disappointed ? I had been wanting to try out this place. I was starving and was next door to REI, so I decided to try it out. Just another overpriced sandwich shop, nothing special.
