I typically don't write reviews, but I have to say that the location of this restaurant is really bad. The food is okay, but the service is terrible - my orders are always messed up. Today, I ordered through the app and received free wings with a purchase of $15. However, I still had to wait nearly 30 minutes at the store before my order was ready. When I finally received my order, I noticed that the side of mac and cheese was missing and instead I was given a soggy, cold sandwich. Additionally, my drink was missing from my combo meal.
I waited in line for over 25 minutes after placing an online order. The person at the window had a dirty nose, and the supervisor (an African American, heavy-set woman) was very rude. She told me the wings I ordered were frozen, even though they were on display. After waiting for so long and with my gas running low, I decided to go inside. The supervisor and cashier were talking about me, and the cashier tried to inform them that I was in the restaurant. The supervisor raised her voice when I checked my food, and the cashier intervened disrespectfully. The service was terrible, and I felt mistreated as a customer. I requested a refund, but they ignored me and continued being rude in front of other customers. A white employee eventually assisted me and was polite. However, the supervisor and cashier were disrespectful. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
