Pollos Al Carbon

This place has some of the best Mexican style barbecue chicken. The smell of the chicken as you drive by makes you turn around and try it. The place doesn't look like much, but the taste of the chicken and other items on the menu is what keeps you coming back. The friendliness of the staff and service is great as well. You definitely need to try this place

At first try, everything was great....So we order through Uber Eats, as my daughter is eating her burger, she spits it out because she feels a weird texture in her mouth and we see what looks to be a Clorox wipe or some kind of wipe, along with some hair in our fajitas, but a wipe with chemicals that made its way into my daughters mouth is a bit more alarming to me. She is currently feeling nauseated, hopefully just out of disgust, and of course I have to wait to contact them until tomorrow and did I a report through Uber also. Beware!!

The best chicken and fajitas I've had in a while. The service was great and the people were super nice. In fact I had both lunch and dinner at the place. They did have this Karaoke guy which was way out of tone but I still gave him a little tip (wife forced me to; I told her I tip for talent but she insisted . I will be back and hopefully with a little practice our karaoke guy gets good enough to try a little Vicente. :

The chicken is so tasty, the salsas are so good, the rice and beans are good. This place WAS my favorite chicken place until recently. every time we go the price has gone up. I understand everything is more expensive now pero when the price goes up AND the size goes down its an issue for me.The drumsticks yesterday were the size of my finger. We used to be able to eat lunch and leftovers for dinner but now its just big enough for one meal. I hope the chickens can go back to the size they were.

The best salsas of San Antonio no doubt !! Excellent service for very good quality !! Super Recommended !
