place is very clean, staff is friendly, food looks very fresh and tastes even better : Update: Came back with my sister and they packaged my food in togo containers to accommodate for my allergies! I've never seen this before it was very appreciated (and very good View all feedback.
What Michelle Ortega doesn't like about Panera Bread Company:
I like panera, but lately the food and/or the IH-10W location is slacking. Bought a cookie and there was a hair in it. DO NOT get the Chipotle chicken sandwich. The chicken freaked my out lol its like fake chicken. It looked and tasted weird. View all feedback.
The atmosphere is great but the food is a bit pricey.
Food is usually good. Service is stinky most of the time. Tables are not clean, coffee hot water are not fresh and hot or completely empty... Staff acts like it's a horrible inconvenience to put out hot drinks. Tea selection is less than other locations and no almond milk for coffee.
Manager was awesome and very accommodating to dietary needs.
I loved my Apple salad with chicken. The person I was with did not like the warm Mediterranean bowl, very un satisfying.
