Panda Express - Stones Corner Australia

I ordered a 2-entree plate and even made sure I ordered before the lunch rush at 11:20 AM yesterday. Still instead of getting my 2 entrees, I only got 1 entree. The more expensive entree was totally left out of my order. Quality control at Panda Express is really bad. The receipt did not have a store ID and I could not even leave a feedback on the company site because the site requires a store ID. Even when I tried to web search the store ID using the store address, I still could not find it.

Greeted upon entering establishment. Food always good. Had the mushroom chicken with fried rice. Establishment is clean is well maintained.

Don’t let them park you. They’ll forget you’re outside and you’ll have to go inside and remind them you’re waiting for you food. This doesn’t happen often but after eating here I got the “runs” really bad. Something wasn’t clean or cooked all the way. Some cross contamination and sanitation training needs to be done.

I go here once a week. My order is always right. And they are really fast. Clean restaurant even though they are always very busy. Good quality food. I like the Black Pepper Angus Steak on white rice. It is low calorie, but delicious!

When I went to this location I was immediately met with animosity by the worker, Jess. She was not only rude to me but my friends as we ordered. A tone unfit for this family intended restaurant. She served us tiny portions even though a worker, beside her, served other customers normal sized portions. She made me and my friends experience there horrible as we felt unwelcome and a bother to everyone there.
