A/C broken, nasty bathroom, dirty walls old smelly carpet. Just close it down or sell it. It's obvious the owners can't afford the upkeep and scraping the barrel bottom for the last dollar.

It took us over thirty five minutes to get chicken strips and a burger, and there were her only two table at 630 am

Very disappointed, pancakes for my child were like yesterday’s left overs. My 2nd child’s burger was raw in the middle after asking for well done. Deep fried shrimp was soggy. Waitress was no where to be found. Had to ask another for more drinks and coffee. Tables just sat not serviced with dirty dishes on them. We’ve eaten many times at Jim’s and have never had such a bad experience. Maybe hire some younger people that can keep up with customer service. I know you need a better cook.

I'm in love with the liver and onions plate. Cooks know how to make it right.

My go to greasy spoon go to in San Antonio. It's always good and the servers are always friendly.
