My family and I had breakfast at IHOP yesterday. It was a horrible experience. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. There is no excuse, except for POOR MANAGEMENT.I might add, the server was good and very apologetic…it wasn’t his fault. The food was okay once it came, but we were too disgusted to enjoy the meal. Very clean! Silverware was polished, which often times at other places it’s stained with watermarks. It’s nice to see management staff care about cleanliness. Our server was also very polite. New favorite location!
