I saw a roach at this location and the service was horrible

Stood in waiting area for 5 mins, no one there. Had to walk into dining room and shout out hello . Could hear foul language where we were seated coming from kitchen. Food was delicious. A couple of waitstaff acting like school kids when teacher leaves room. Our waiter never made eye contact. We will probably not return to this IHOP.

It only has a drive thru but, as usual, the food was EXCELLENT! My wife got their chili hot dog, I got the HUGE cheeseburger, we got a large cup of chili, and a large French fry to dip in the chili. Since they’re MILES from our house, we also bought six can of chili to take home.

Miss Shirley was wonderful. It was a Mommy Daughter date. My daughter is obsessed with ihop because of their smile pancakes. By the end of it. My daughter was helping to check out Miss Shirley and enjoyed her attention and praise for acting proper for her age.

My husband and I had the pleasure of having dinner there Sunday evening. I want to comment on our waitress, Ms Shirley. She was, without a doubt, the best waitress we’ve ever had, anywhere. She was dressed with some Mardi Gras accessories and, together with her friendly yet friendly attitude, it set the tone for an enjoyable experience. She was professional and took our orders and followed up with us throughout the meal, quickly fulfilling any requests we made. In speaking with us, her friendliness and joy with life was evident. She was a joy to talk to. Ms Shirley is truly an asset to you. She represents ihop in the best possible way. I truly hope that the next time we are there, she is too.
