This restaurant is located in a great area, but it doesn't quite meet the high standards of its surroundings. The staff is okay, and the ice cream is delicious, but don't expect anything outstanding. Overall, it's a decent place with nothing majorly wrong with it.

My daughter had a terrible experience at this restaurant when she asked for an ice cream cone with a cup on the side. They only gave her the cone and refused to provide a cup, citing inventory issues. When I inquired about purchasing a small empty cup, I was shocked to hear that it would cost $8.50. I clarified that it was just for the cup with no ice cream, but the staff insisted on the high price. This situation has never happened to us before, as we always request an ice cream cone with a cup. The person who served us, Maricruz, claimed to be the manager as well. This lack of customer service skills was truly disappointing.
