What Ed Garza doesn't like about Garibaldi Mexican:
Um... Yuck. We stopped in for breakfast. Maybe it was still a little early for the wait staff, but they were not friendly. We ordered a bunch of tacos which are $3-5 each. $3 is kind of a lot for a bean and cheese taco. The Carne Guisada tasted like it had turned, like the beef had a liver/rot taste, and the sauce had a bit too much chili powder flavor and not enough cumin flavor. But the meat was tender. Bean and cheese tacos with more grease than cheese, Carne Asada overcooked and dry as if it came off a decaying corpse. Apart from this, the beef stew had tough meat so much so that it could not be pulled apart with a fork and knife. When I brought up the tough meat with servers and staff, they denied the meat being tough and brought me out a different piece of beef that was not my mother's and lied. Overall, this was a terrible dining experience. Please save your money from this place that used to hold quality as a standard.

I feel sick now though I ate less than half of it (even spitting out part of that which i generally do not spit out food as I think it's rude). Service was quick (we were the only ones in the dining room). They did a pretty good job of trying to make it look better than some of the other area Mexican restaurants, and it seemed reasonably clean. But we won't be going back.

I ordered the huevos rancheros breakfast plate. I really hate it when the ranchero sause comes on the side instead of on top of the eggs. I asked the waiter about it and he told me they come like that because the majority of the public doesn't like the sauce on top. We'll if that's the case, then DONT DESCRIBE THE PLATE AS HUEVOS RANCHEROS. Very disappointed. Will probably never go back.
