Brian Cheuvront genuinely made our experience exceptional. That’s an understatement. He was extremely attentive, provided AMAZING food recommendations, and carried himself so well. Brian made our experience wonderful at Eddie Vs. Honestly the best service I’ve ever received. I highly recommend this food the service.

One of the best places I’ve ever eaten . I had this in Austin years prior and use to express how I wished this was in SA . Years later it came and I was there during their first month . Since then I’ve been back several times . I’ve not been let down once . Protect this place at all costs . Food , service , entertainment, and environment is nothing short of perfection .

I had a horrible customer service experience. My mom is a lifelong fan of this restaurant so I was shocked with the service and the experience. I went out Saturday night (the last night of restaurant week) to celebrate my friend in her accomplishments with 7 other girlfriends of mine. Well as we were finishing up our dinner, we got desserts. As I scoop up the cream on my bananas foster dessert to take a bite. I feel something hard and spit it out. It was a water bottle cap. I was disgusted! How did this end up in my cream?! I did let our server know…however his response is not one I was proud of Eddie V’s for. He laughed it off, apologized then said one of the guys in the kitchen are tired and probably opened a bottle of water over the cream! YUCK!!
