Dutch Bros Coffee

This establishment needs to hire more people or create a system where nobody's waiting 30-45 minutes in a drive through for one drink...I've even tried to order at the walk up window n still had to wait 45 minutes. This is ridiculous!!

The staff is kind but the line moves very slowly so get here with plenty of time ahead.

I got a wonderful chocolate mocha frappe here at the walk up window and definitely appreciated the energy that came with it. The speedy service as they were busily getting many drive through orders was great! They are awesome at their job and I definitely recommend them, not to mention their fantastic coffees.

Great staff, just always takes forever to get coffee.

First: Dutch bro franchise is know for being friendly, fast, efficient and apologetic if backed up. This was NOT the experience we had, it was backed up with just 8 cars and we waited 30 minutes in the drive through.To the manager: We visited this location at 6:17pm on Fri Feb 9, your staff mixing the drinks are RUDE and gave no effs. They messed up the order and was upset at the audacity we asked to have her fix it. Also, she was insulting my friends drink WHILE making it. What? They were also talking about previous customers who mentioned the wait was just a little long and wanted to know why and the staff was just insulting them with the window open. So unprofessional!
