My kids wanted to go to DQ to see their cousin, but she was on shift yet it was a shift of all guys. They did such an amazing job. My order was perfect nothing missing and when I asked for extra hot fudge for my sundae the didn't skimp like most places. And the food was really good, I had the new tacos that came with 3 in an order. I normally can only eat one taco but I ate all 3 ? i forgot to save hubby one to try. View all feedback.

The front staff that worked on Sunday around 6-7 time frame were not professional what so ever.The manager on duty, she was also in the middle of all the gossip and goofing off. ABSOLUTELY NASTY PLACE! Let me just start by saying we were there for almost an hour. There was 3 other people there beside my family. All workers looked between 16 and 21. Not a single worker came out to clean anything. Almost every table had food all over it. Chairs the same way, and food on the floor everywhere. Walls covered at tables with food and black marks. Looks like this place hasn't been cleaned in a year. Don't get me started on the bathroom. All I heard while I was there was music from the kitchen area kids laughing and yelling at each other. Completely unprofessional. Just when you think a nice Sunday afternoon with the family amd ice cream was a dud to say the least.

Probably the worst service at a dq ever. I stood at the register to order for 6 minutes while 4 or 5 girls were making drinks. Not one acknowledged me during that time. I ordered to go and then when I asked for a condiment the heavy girl with dreads gave me attitude.

Hoping it's not going to be like this all the time now.
