Cuba 1918 - Stones Corner Australia

Good Cubano. Tostones were good, but needed to be salted. Fries were sub with the sandwich rice and beans are standard. Kitchen was slow getting food out. But the food was good when it came.

Great atmosphere, but a little too dark and warm when we visited to fully enjoy our lunch. Maybe a little Cuban music in the background would not hurt? But our waiter and the staff did their best to make us comfortable that was in their control. The food was great by my opinion. The pork and the beef was flavorful and the fried potatoes are the best I have had in a long time. The Cuban sandwich is a must but get them with the fires. Would be nice for more options on the side orders other than plane white rice , and red beans or black beans that are served with most of the plates. Other than that it would have been a solid 5. Be warned the restroom is not wheelchair accessible, there is a step/platform to access the toilet.

Walk in and feel at home in this gorgeous space where the owners greet you, the food is delicious and the service amazing. Hope to return for a live music night soon. Love what this small business is doing transforming our community. You’ve got to try it!
