If I was granted three wishes, each wish would be to eat a chicken teriyaki cheesesteak with fried onions. It would be my final request if it were my final meal. If you do not believe me try it for yourself. Yummy! View all feedback.
What Tyson Crawford doesn't like about Charleys Philly Steaks:
I was very excited that the old school was back. Such a marvelous sandwich. I stopped off at the rolling oaks location today doing some shopping and craving a cheesesteak. I approached the counter to start my order and the gentleman with the facial hair starting cussing under his breath and shaking his head looking very upset that I approached the counter. The brand great, the food is great but lack of customer experience from a not so cheap sandwich restaurant is uncalled for. I walked away to explore different options at the mall and will not return.
The steak itself was good....but who puts lettuce, tomatoes, pickles on a cheesesteak? I asked paid for jalapeños on my cheesesteak and I got exactly 2 slices on my 9 sandwich. They asked me to go or dine in I clearly stated dine in then they gave me my food in a to go bag which they gave to someone else I asked him if he got my order he said yes. Cheesesteak sandwiches are not salads so drop the salad topping and pickles? The food pictured does not show the salad on the sandwiches
They dare call this a Philly. Shame... Shame... Shame...
Sandwich was good, fries were a bit on the soft side and not crisp. Service was okay, not the friendliest but they got the job done.
This has been my go to for sandwiches. It always cooked to order and the fries are real, always crisp, and not greasy or oily. Turn around is pretty quick for what it is but it can get busy real fast and real quick. The only real downside to this place is the price. But you do get what you pay for in the long run.
