Augie's Alamo City Bbq Steakhouse

Heard from a few people it was a good place to eat. We were in the San Antonio area and decided to stop by. The place had a closed for business sign.

If you like BBQ, then this is the place to go. Get there early because they seem to run out of food quickly! Yummy ?

It's a shame they closed their doors due to our city mgmt not being able to finish construction on

At first glance the brisket doesn't look amazing but looks we're deceiving in this case. The brisket had a fantastic taste and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Went late Wednesday evening with my family to celebrate a birthday, and the staff was fantastic, really sweet and accommodating despite the sudden rush of orders(big family) they held it down and took care of us in a very timely manner. Thank you guys!
