What Willard Wright dislikes about Earl J's:
The food is fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. When I called to place an order, I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I decided to give them some extra time and arrived an hour later, only to find that people were still waiting. Their time estimates have consistently been inaccurate.
