Hasbrouck House - Stone Ridge

Upon check-in, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and were offered an upgrade to the Carriage House. However, due to some noisy neighbors playing hip hop music until 1:00 AM, we decided to move to a room in the main building the next day. The new room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with a lovely porch area that provided just the right touch for our stay. The property's ambiance is enchanting, with beautifully curated guest rooms, common areas, and gardens that transport you to a different era. We enjoyed small bites and cocktails at the bar on our first night, and the bartender was excellent. We can't thank the staff and owners of Hasbrouck House enough, especially Samantha, for their incredible attention to detail and making us feel so welcome and at home. This was the perfect venue for celebrating my birthday, and we can't wait to return.

My husband and I got married in June at the Hasbrouck House, and we can't say enough wonderful things about this place and its staff. From the moment we booked in November 2020 until the weekend of our wedding, every detail was handled with professionalism, and every person we interacted with was fantastic. Our guests kept raving about how beautiful the venue is and how amazing the food was. We can’t wait to visit again for years to come! I stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it. During our visit, the entire area was blanketed in snow, and the nightly fires along with hot coffee made the experience even better. Our room featured a private outdoor fireplace, which was a wonderful touch. If it's within your budget, I highly recommend this place!

The ground-floor swimming pool is well-shaded, making it a perfect spot to relax in the afternoons. I do wish the pool bar opened before 4 PM, but drinks were just a short walk away at the reception. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. The hotel's restaurant, Butterfields, was exceptional. There’s really no need to leave the resort during your stay, although we did venture out for breakfast because the complimentary breakfast doesn’t start until 9 AM. Overall, we had a great experience and cannot wait to return. Don't forget to look for the 25% discount code!
