Was Anonym at Wings 101 a mag?
Atmosphere was a bit sketchy. But they have good food and great customer service and they keep the place very clean. I saw people actively cleaning in the lobby which is always a good sign. That cheesecake needs work though. Tastes old and cheap. But those lemon pepper wings, fries and ginger ale was delicious. My friend said she loved her gyro. It looked delicious. Will be back. It was around 9:36 PM, and I knew the restaurant had closed, but I assumed there would still be someone there since we live only five minutes away. I called, and a woman answered. I explained that we had just left the restaurant, and after taking a bite of the chicken, I found it to be pink in the middle. I told her I would take pictures and come back tomorrow for a refund. She interrupted me, saying she would prepare another plate for me. I explained that I couldn't eat anything from there anymore. She then started yelling, insisting that I could NOT get a refund! I told her I would have to file a complaint with the Department of Health. She retorted, “Call them!” and hung up. My daughter called her back, and while I'm not sure what was said, the outcome was that she agreed to give us a refund. When I got to the restaurant, she asked to see the food. Then she claimed she couldn’t give me a refund because I had eaten the fries. I insisted on the refund due to the chicken and showed her the evidence. She responded by saying, “All you had to do was eat around it!” At this point, I was fed up. I told her I wasn't leaving without my refund. She slammed down $10 in front of me, and I asked to see my receipt, which showed $10.79. Frustrated and angry, I didn’t check it thoroughly at the time. Ultimately, she gave me $11, but I later realized she withheld the actual amount, which was $13.29. Having worked as a customer service manager for eight years, I would NEVER treat a customer this way! I tried to resolve the issue respectfully, only to be treated like dirt. If you decide to order here, do so at your own risk!

But once I got into my car with the food, it became clear that the odor was definitely coming from it. The clerk who served me insisted that the food was perfectly fine; she even leaned in to smell it and told me I should taste it. For me, though, I can’t eat food that smells off. This restaurant has lost a loyal customer. If they can't take my concerns seriously just this once, then they don’t deserve my business or my money.

The food was decent. They were busy and quick in delivering my order, but unfortunately, it was incomplete. I'm sure many of us have experienced this at least once—getting home only to find that several items from your order are missing. I really need to remember to always double-check before leaving the restaurant. Food rating: 3/5.

Food is good, usually fresh. Staff's attitude is somewhat confrontational. I was only inquiring about other side options, and he started to try defend his explanation for my previous order, which was already paid for with me waiting.??‍. Maybe he had a long long day...Food: 4/5

Excellent customer service! I arrived just minutes before closing, and the staff was still smiling and ready to help me and a few others who came in after me. This was our first time dining here, and we were not disappointed!
