They have you sit in the drive thru waiting and no one comes to the speaker. You go in they act like they don't want to be at work which is clearly know. Theyleave their phone off the hook so they don't have to answer it. Just close the whole restaurant!!!!

Sad day for theKFC Brand that the customers aren?t even offered an item that should be readily available without question. I could see if itwas time to close, but we?re midday here.
