I've been a regular customer for the past 15 years, stopping by weekly to monthly depending on my travel plans, and I live just a mile away. This KFC is, by far, the best I've ever been to. The food is consistently fresh and served promptly. While I mostly dine in, I also utilize the drive-thru and carryout services, and every time, the service is quick and the food is excellent. This location has only gotten better over the years! Thank you, Joanne, and the entire team!

First, they stated we had to wait 16 to 18 min. for at least 3 items we ordered ,so we comprimed since we didnt want to wait and got some other things. Why..oh why did all the chicken taste like old grease. The young lady that assisted us was very nice and clearly doing her job as she was told. However, the manager displayed a bit of frustration but did apologize.I'm not upset at either one of them, because they are working with what they have...KFC corporate you should do better. I have had this experience before a few times..desperately seeking that look and taste advertised on t.v. and it was not with those individuals I encountered today.Lastly, the meal was about $14 for 1 meal. I went to Chick fil A and got 2 meals for less than 20..with no complaints.Got to be held accountable. Does this happen in other zip codes?IJS

The person at the window had a very unpleasant attitude, didn’t provide me with a receipt, and failed to inform me of my total.
