We visited on Monday for an open mic night after chatting with a friend who plays guitar there. The atmosphere was cozy, and we were warmly welcomed by the locals. The owner had prepared a delicious sausage casserole for everyone. Those who performed, whether singing or playing, were truly talented. As a real estate agent, I always believe that it is very important to have a good local pub in front of their doorstep. this place is very friendly and often has live music.
Called on a Monday to see Grant Matthew's on Acoustic Night. Very busy, good beer and nice atmosphere. Lovely lighting and candles on the table. Free cottage pie and veg though we didn't partake. Good pint of plum porter can be consumed here, lovely bar staff,nice locals boozer and a well good karaoke nite.Well worth a visit.
