I have visited many Indian restaurants in Asia, the Middle East, and around the world, but this is by far the worst Indian restaurant I've ever been to in the Stoke area. The location is quite nice, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. However, the food was tasteless and bland, and the owner seemed to be unresponsive.
