I had a lovely dining experience at this restaurant. The price per person was under £10, making it quite affordable. The food was delicious, earning a rating of 4. The service was also excellent, receiving a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, also deserving a rating of 4. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying dining experience.

I used to be a fan of this dessert shop, but it has definitely declined in quality. The food is bland and not served warm. The milkshakes are mostly milk and lack ice cream. If you're looking for a delicious milkshake, I recommend trying Smash on Trent - their milkshakes are amazing. I will not be returning to this shop. Smash on Trent is the way to go, and they also offer a variety of desserts. The average cost per person is £40–50.

This restaurant is a complete disaster. We ordered through a food delivery service and discovered a thick black hair in a custard pot and a beard hair in an ice cream pot. Despite providing pictures as evidence, the restaurant refused to give us a refund. It is clear that they are not following proper food hygiene procedures. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. Delivery service was terrible. Would not recommend for dinner.

I ordered from here not so long ago, I found hairs in my food I called them up to tell them about it and they told me they they were sending out more cake, I then opened my tub of ice cream to find more hair in there, so i called them back and told them I didn’t want any more food and that I wanted a refund, they told me to go through just eat which is what I’ve done, they told me to provide photographic evidence I’ve provided evidence and they’re telling me that they can’t refund me? Absolute joke of a place sort out your hygiene
