It usually takes me a while to drink my shake, so I ask for the tea without ice and no extra water (so it's not watered down). Empower is my new GO TO!! Honestly I've only been 3 times, twice within a week.i know I'll be going very often. I love getting my protein shake after my workout. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable, I ask alot of questions. Give them a try!!
