The Cluckin Rooster Grill - Stockton

I recently visited this new restaurant in Stockton and had a frustrating experience. When the security personnel noticed we were on motorcycles, they raised the cover charge to $30. Firstly, I have to say that the security staff was unprofessional. Seriously, $30 just to enter the Cuckin-Rooster in Stockton? That fee doesn’t include food, drinks, or any sort of customer service. What am I actually paying for? It feels like they’re just profiling based on what we were riding. I will definitely use my influence to ensure this place struggles to attract customers. This is a clear example of why establishments like this don’t thrive in Stockton.

I really enjoy coming here after work! The atmosphere is great and the food is delicious! The sweet chili wings are amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly!

We heard from a friend that we should check out the new restaurant that just opened, so we decided to give it a try last night. I have to say, it was the best fried chicken I've had in Stockton! While I haven't yet tried places like Ray's, Manny's, or Raising Cane's, Rich and his team are doing an excellent job so far. Plus, their T-shirt design is really cool, too!

Yep!...mmhm. Finally fried chicken just like grandma's. My husband tore his up! I tried to save some for later, so I can watch my westerns and finish it off. The 3 piece chicken the dipping sauce is a perfect flav too) with sweet potato fries and green beans/potatos on the side. Everything was on point! This is our new go to. Keep it up you guys!
