Sweetbot Cafe - Feedback

What Michael M doesn't like about Sweetbot Cafe:
Not sure what happened, but I've ordered several items from here on different occasions and was very disappointed each time. I mistakenly tried to give them multiple chances. There are so many better places than this, so I don't understand the hype. The wings were blah...no flavor on any of the flavor choices. The boba was hard. The donuts tasted old. I was a bit confused on my first visit. The menu up on the screens did not show the full menu I saw on Yelp. I wanted a slushee type drink and I had no idea how to order that. The young lady at the register said that they could make whatever I wanted. I felt pressed to just order as there was a line forming behind me.
