The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The girl who made our sandwiches took so long that another girl was able to make 5 other sandwiches before she finished ours. They even let one of our sandwiches sit on the counter while they whispered to each other instead of finishing it. This was a disappointing experience as we usually have a great team serving us, but these three girls were terrible. View all feedback.
Google had indicated that the restaurant closed at 10, but when we arrived at 8:15, the worker informed us that they were closing soon. Despite stating that they closed at 9, the worker mentioned that they lock the doors early for cleaning purposes. We quickly ordered two deals of the day, only to find out that our total came to over $22. When we inquired about the high price, the worker explained that the deal of the day was only for a 6-inch sub, not a footlong. She admitted that this was a common mistake, but failed to inform us in advance. The menu board displayed a picture of a footlong sub with chips and a soda, leading to our confusion.
Do not patronize this establishment as it will ruin your day. They do not honor coupons and the employee, a Mexican woman, is extremely disrespectful and should be deported. I have no respect for her and wish her nothing but unhappiness as a low-wage worker in America. There is no sympathy or remorse, they are a disgrace to American society.
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. One girl making sandwiches took so long that another girl was able to make 5 sandwiches before she finished one. They even left one of our sandwiches sitting out somewhere and instead of making it, they started whispering to each other and standing around. Typically, the team we get has good service, but these three girls were just awful.
There is always only one employee working at this restaurant, which is unacceptable. I would be a regular customer if they had at least two workers on duty at a time. It seems unethical to have only one person running the establishment, as I have witnessed the lone employee working long shifts without breaks.
An employee at this restaurant expressed a desire for three children to die, a shocking and disturbing statement.
