Normally I wouldn't leave a bad review, but I wanted something good before going to work tonight. I ordered online and sent my son in to get the food as it said ready. He came out hands empty and I'm like what's up? They didn't have the bread we wanted it on.. Then the cookies we ordered weren't there.. Not able to refund the cookies as manager wasnt in until tomorrow.. No receipt or name taken.. And clearly they crumpled my receipt on top of it..smh

This restaurant is terrible. It's always difficult to get anything here. They claimed my coupon had already been used, even though I just received it in the mail yesterday. I was also charged extra for adding ham to my sandwich, which is supposed to come with it. It's ridiculous.

They charged me for my food but forgot to give it to me, and then laughed as if it was a joke. I will be looking for another Subway location that values my business.

The Subway located near Raley's on Tracy Boulevard is terrible. I asked for and paid for extra meat but received less than I expected. The customer service was also the worst.
