This is the best Subway around. The staff is always friendly and they even give free avocado with the veggie delight sandwich. Even though there's a Subway closer to my home, I prefer going to this one! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff all appear unhappy and the kitchen practices cross-contamination. It seems like no one working there knows proper handwashing procedures. I had to throw away my food because when I tried to address a concern with them, the server became defensive. It wasn't worth arguing over. I will not be coming back. View all feedback.
I ordered a pastrami sandwich with all the toppings from this restaurant over the phone. However, they called me back to inform me that they didn't have the pastrami available, even though it was listed on their website. When I received my sandwich, which I had replaced with steak, I discovered it only had mustard and pickles on it. None of the other vegetables or toppings I had requested were included. The restaurant offered to make me a new sandwich, but I felt it wasn't worth the effort to return.
The service is slow sometimes but the guy working the counter, Woods, is cute :

Went to eat and the two Imdoan men were nice but messed up both my and my moms sandwich. The guy didn't ask if I wanted mayo or mustard and even after he started making my sandwich I had said I wanted mayo and .mustard and I still didn't receive it. I mentioned it again and they did give me mayo and mustard to go. The establishment was cleanWheelchair accessibility: In the Home depot parking lot so there's plenty of parking and wheelchair accessable.
This restaurant has a diverse selection of sandwiches, salads, and gluten-free wrap choices. I typically place my order using the app, although I have experienced difficulties with ordering flatbread sandwiches. I am unsure if the issue lies with the app or with the employees accurately fulfilling my order. The service provided by the staff is excellent, as they are very pleasant. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating options, making it a convenient spot for a swift lunch.
